3. Colotti Pulse

Colotti Pulse is industrial PLC monitoring and diagnostic software designed to provide read-only visibility into supported control systems.

A Colotti Pulse license is sold on a per-seat basis. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, each purchased seat provides one software activation for one computer.

Purchasing multiple seats provides the corresponding number of activations.

4. Software License

When you purchase Colotti Pulse, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own personal or business purposes according to the number of seats purchased.

Ownership of the software, source code, branding, and associated intellectual property is not transferred to the purchaser.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute license keys without written permission.
• Share a single-seat license across multiple computers simultaneously.
• Attempt to bypass or defeat software licensing or activation controls.
• Represent Colotti Pulse or AutomationCalculators.net products as your own.
• Redistribute the software commercially without written authorization.

5. PLC and Equipment Compatibility

Compatibility may depend on PLC model, firmware, network configuration, controller configuration, tag structure, security settings, and other conditions outside our control.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their intended equipment and environment are suitable for the software.

6. Read-Only Operation

Colotti Pulse is designed as a read-only monitoring and diagnostic application. It is not intended to replace PLC programming software, machine safety systems, or established control-system protections.

Users remain responsible for properly configuring and securing their industrial networks and equipment.

7. Purchases and Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Colotti Automation LLC licenses and supports Colotti Pulse, while purchases made through Paddle are processed and sold by Paddle as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, transaction processing, and related payment services for purchases completed through Paddle Checkout.

Prices displayed on the Colotti Pulse product page represent the applicable base purchase price unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

8. License Delivery

Software license keys may be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to that account.

If a license email is not received, contact us so the transaction can be reviewed and the license information can be reissued when appropriate.

9. Refunds

Refunds for paid products are governed by our Refund Policy.

Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

10. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, improve, discontinue, or replace website features, calculators, documentation, or software features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or every online service.

11. No Guarantee of Results

AutomationCalculators.net and Colotti Pulse are tools intended to assist users with engineering and troubleshooting work.
